aespa wins Show! Music Core with 'LEMONADE,' securing 2nd music show trophy

aespa claimed 1st place on MBC Show! Music Core on July 11 with LEMONADE, scoring 7,086 total points. Karina, Winter, Giselle, and Ningning faced off against V8 (Seventeen's DK and Vernon) with singasong and Hearts2Hearts with Lemon Tang.

The score broke down as follows: 5,016 points from digital sales and album scores, 331 from video and broadcast, 1,190 from pre-voting (viewer committee and global), and 549 from live app and text voting.

This marks their second music broadcast trophy for the era. The first came on Mnet M Countdown on June 18.

LEMONADE, the group's second full-length album, dropped in May. During the third week of June, it charted on the Billboard 200, Artist 100, Top Album Sales, Global 200, Global Excl. U.S., World Albums, and Hot Dance/Pop Songs for two consecutive weeks.

The group heads to Tokyo next. A fan meeting, MY-J presents aespa JAPAN FANMEETING 2026 "MY CLASSMaeTE", runs July 18–20 at Keio Arena. Their first Japanese mini-album, KISS N TELL, arrives July 24—a six-track all-original release marking their return to Japan after roughly two years. (The title track shares its name with the album.)
