AtHeart drops 'Say It' live clip with can't be blue, kicking off TIME TRAVEL PROJECT
AtHeart's 7-member group kicks off their 1996 global remake series with a 'Lovefool' recreation that's already climbing Melon's HOT100.
AtHeart dropped the live performance video for Say It on YouTube the 5th, featuring can't be blue alongside them.
Say It takes Lovefool—the Swedish band The Cardigans' signature track—and rebuilds it around AtHeart's own danceable sensibility while keeping that iconic melody intact. What emerges is groove-focused pop. (Thirty years between versions, one melody line: not a bad foundation.)
This is the first move in AtHeart's TIME TRAVEL PROJECT, a remake series spanning June through August that reimagines notable songs from 1996 through the group's lens. The seven members—미치, 아린, 케이틀린, 봄, 서현, 아우로라, and 나현—embody time travelers closing a 30-year gap, selecting tracks across generations and reworking them for now.
Say It hit Melon HOT100 and has been climbing since release. The project runs into August, so another single is coming.
