'Idol Till I Die' Ep. 3: Five trainees face photo shoot and performance film missions after team reshuffle

Idol Till I Die (죽어도 아이돌) dropped July 20 at 7 PM KST. The episode put five trainees through a photo shoot and a performance film production—their first official project after a team reshuffle.

Moon Seon-bin's demotion to apprentice status forced a lineup change. Matthew, Lucas, Oh Jun-hee, Chai Jin-shin, and Samuel had to regroup. The choreography for their performance film mission needed a complete revision to fit the new five-member formation.

CEO Shim Hye-jin didn't hold back. "Showing your own presence in front of the camera is the key," she said. The trainees need to produce results convincing enough that every staff member believes they are ready to debut.

The footage didn't lie. Matthew felt the energy was lacking when he watched himself back. Oh Jun-hee's tension made her expression stiff and her poses unnatural. Chai Jin-shin was bluntest of all: "If we debut like this, it might be difficult."

The show follows trainees with backgrounds in modeling, acting, and dance as they work to prove debut potential within a limited timeframe. New episodes air every Monday at 7 PM KST.
