IVE's MINIVE character teams up with KT's Mint Raon for Galaxy Foldable 8 charger collab

KT and Starship Entertainment signed a strategic IP collaboration agreement on July 7 to co-produce character goods tied to Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Foldable 8 lineup.

The MINIVE x Mint Raon Collaboration Edition 3-in-1 fast wireless charger launches alongside the Galaxy Foldable 8 in August. MINIVE (미니브) is Starship's character line built around IVE — each character reflects the individual appearance and personality of a member — running since May 2023. KT's Mint Raon is a mint-colored cat character centered on environmental themes.

KT tested this formula in March with a standalone Mint Raon 3-in-1 fast wireless charger alongside the Galaxy S26, moving roughly 25,000 units in the first month. Pairing it with MINIVE's global K-pop fanbase is the natural follow-up.

This agreement goes beyond a single drop. KT plans to roll out further MINIVE x Mint Raon goods across upcoming mobile devices.
