NiziU confirms September Korean comeback with first-ever Korean mini album
NiziU is coming back to Korea in September—about a year and a half after 'LOVE LINE'—with their first Korean mini album. MV filming is already in motion.
NiziU has locked in a Korean comeback for September, roughly 1 year 6 months after LOVE LINE, their 2nd Korean single from March of last year. The nine-member group—Mako, Rio, Maya, Riku, Ayaka, Mayuka, Rima, Miihi, and Nina—is currently gearing up for music video filming as part of comeback preparations.
This will be their first Korean mini album. So far they've only released singles in the Korean market. NiziU officially entered Korea in October 2023 with Press Play, the title track "HEARTRIS." Park Jin Young handled lyrics. Stray Kids' Felix appeared in the MV. They hit #1 on music broadcasts just 9 days after debut.
Back in Japan, their first best album Portfolio dropped June 1 and topped the Oricon Daily Album Chart as of June 30. The group also ran their second dome tour at Kyocera Dome Osaka and Tokyo Dome in June.
