Park Jin Young drops 'WET' on July 23 — his first summer single in ~6 years, named Waterbomb 2026 theme

Park Jin Young releases WET on July 23 at 6 PM. His first summer single since When We Disco (Duet with 선미) in 2020 — a six-year gap.

Waterbomb 2026, one of Korea's biggest summer festivals, tapped the track as its main theme song. JYP called it "a reggae-toned genre that perfectly matches summer" and the obvious choice for the festival stage.

He performs at Waterbomb Seoul on July 26, then Busan on August 8.

On what keeps him going: "I love being a singer. It makes me happy to be able to entertain and comfort you all." He also wants to "always remain in your eyes as an energetic and excited new singer on stage." The physique photos that came with this announcement suggest he's not bluffing.
