RESCENE to appear on Omniscient Interfering View ep. 406, dormitory life revealed for first time
RESCENE's 'LOVE ATTACK' hit #1 on Melon as a reverse-run track. Now the five-member group opens their dorm for the first time on July 11.
RESCENE (원이, 리브, 미나미, 메이, 제나) will appear on MBC's Omniscient Interfering View episode 406, airing Saturday, July 11 at 11:10 PM.
The episode marks the first public look inside the group's dormitory. All five members share a single bathroom. They pool cosmetics, clothes, and perfume. The members check music charts every morning as soon as they wake up, and the episode will reveal the group's shared phone usage rules.
Dorm life came with sacrifice. Early in their debut, the members "voluntarily surrendered even their mobile phones" to compete with idols from large agencies. The episode also features a dance competition using the living room sofa as a stage and a hometown pride talk segment highlighting each member's distinct background.
Two chart runs got RESCENE here. LOVE ATTACK reached #1 on Melon's Top 100 as a reverse-running song. Their newer single Pretty Girl then hit #1 on the Hot 100 at 10 PM in August. (The 'Geoje Yaho' and 'Para Para' memes they generated pulled in BTS's Jungkook and TWICE.)
