RESCENE's 'Pretty Girl' hits No. 1 on The Show as agency opens anti-malicious-post reporting site

RESCENE (원이 Won-i, 리브 Rib, 미나미 Minami, 메이 Mei, 제나 Jena) claimed their first-ever music broadcast win on July 14, taking No. 1 on SBS Life's The Show with remake single Pretty Girl, released July 8.

Pretty Girl hit No. 1 on Melon HOT100 and Bugs real-time chart. It landed at No. 4 on Melon TOP100, No. 6 on FLO, and No. 10 on Genie Music TOP 200.

The group had already been riding momentum from LOVE ATTACK, the title track of their first mini-album SCENEDROME. That track reached No. 1 on Melon TOP100 daily, Bugs real-time and daily charts, and Genie Music TOP 200 real-time. It placed No. 2 on FLO and No. 2 on Genie Music daily.

RESCENE debuted in March 2024 under The Muse Entertainment.

On July 16, The Muse Entertainment announced a dedicated reporting site for artist rights protection, opened via Mnet Plus. "The site is to receive reports from fans about malicious posts that damage the artist's reputation and copyright infringement cases in order to take swift and accurate measures," the agency said. The timing—right as the group's popularity climbed—suggested a direct response to increased online attention.

"The Muse Entertainment will do our best to protect the rights of our artists," the agency added.
