Seo In-young confirmed for Waterbomb Sokcho 2026 on August 22
Seo In-young got her Waterbomb slot after months of public campaigning—the former Jewelry member's persistence paid off.
Seo In-young is headed to Waterbomb. The Sokcho edition confirmed her appearance on July 14 via official SNS, with her set scheduled for August 22 at Hanwha Resort Seorak.
She made this happen herself. Back in May on her YouTube channel, she held up a bikini she'd already purchased. "I bought this bikini to go to Waterbomb," she said. "Call me for Waterbomb. You didn't call me, but I prepared." Then: "If you call me, I can go out tomorrow too." The organizers eventually listened.
Seo In-young debuted with Jewelry in 2002 and left in 2009 to go solo. Her releases include 신데렐라, Bubble Love, 헤어지자, and 나를 사랑해줘 (feat. Gaeko of Dynamic Duo).
The August 22 lineup splits into two teams. Orange features Simon Dominic, Lee Young-ji, Ha-on, Nowayimyoung, Nam Yu-jung, and Rain. Blue has Tiger JK, Yoon Mi-rae, Bibi, Soyeon of (G)I-DLE, and Da-young of Cosmic Girls.
Off stage, Seo In-young married a private businessman in 2023 and divorced in 2024. She is scheduled to marry Choi Ji-hoon of content creative company NP this year.
