VIXX's Hyuk confirmed for horror film Pink Box, teased a summer concept with all-black styling photos posted July 14.

VIXX's Hyuk (Han Sang-hyuk, 30) is confirmed for the horror film Pink Box. He's already teasing what comes next.
On July 14, Hyuk posted photos in a full all-black look: white shirt under a black jacket, black necktie, and a black wide-brimmed hat. He repeated the phrase "SOME-MER WAVE" multiple times in the caption, signaling an incoming season concept. The tease follows his first solo fan meeting post-discharge, 2026 HYUK FAN MEETING Some-mer Wave, held at the auditorium of Sungshin Women's University Unjeong Green Campus in Seoul.
Hyuk joined VIXX as the youngest member after roughly three months of training—unusually short—and debuted with the group's 2012 single album SUPER HERO. He serves as sub-vocalist and lead dancer. On the producing side, he formed the crew Ad.A and took overall producing duties for VIXX's 2023 mini album CONTINUUM.
His solo work spans from the 2019 mini album 겨울나비 through singles stay for me (2022), 서른즈음에 produced by Jung Dong-hwan (2023), and Home (2024).
As an actor, Hyuk made his lead debut in the 2016 film 잡아야 산다 as Han Won-tae. He followed that with 해피 투게더 (2018), then two 2021 films—크루아상 and 색다른 그녀—before landing Pink Box. Horror is new territory for him.
Variety credits include Law of the Jungle in Brazil (2014), Hit Maker the same year as the character "Hyuktti," and multiple appearances on King of Mask Singer as both audience panelist and participant.
