BIGBANG drop 'BiiiG' Aug 19, kick off first tour in 9 years — and crash Yoo Jae-suk's 'Pingyego'

BIGBANG are everywhere at once this week. Digital single BiiiG drops August 19. Three nights at Goyang Sports Complex run August 21 through 23. Episode 116 of Yoo Jae-suk's YouTube show Pingyego — featuring the group and Haha — airs August 22 at 9 AM on the Ddeun Ddeun channel.

Goyang marks their first tour in roughly nine years, the last one in 2017 called LAST DANCE TOUR. August 19 is also BIGBANG's 20th debut anniversary. The timing of the single release was no accident. The current lineup is G-Dragon, Taeyang, and Daesung.

A hint video dropped to Ddeun Ddeun on August 15, teasing the 116th episode and confirming the air time. On camera, Yoo Jae-suk brought up BIGBANG's Coachella set: "I didn't know I would sing '날 봐, 귀순' there." G-Dragon admitted he once considered calling Haha for help. "When I had to do a reggae arrangement, I thought, 'Should I contact Haha hyung for this?'"

(The episode airs one day into the concert run, so fans at Goyang on August 22 will have their hands full.)

Yoo Jae-suk's birthday was August 14. Haha's is August 20. The Pingyego recording pulled together three consecutive August birthdays and a 20th anniversary inside one week.
