BTS V reveals right ear hears at 30% capacity; Jungkook near stress fracture

V told fans on Weverse Live Aug. 12 that his right ear functions at roughly 30% compared to his left. "If I set my left ear hearing at 100, my right ear only hears about 30," he said. Variety, BBC, Billboard, and Rolling Stone all picked up the disclosure.

The condition started two and a half years ago and got worse during his military service. V is managing it through medication and regular hospital visits. He's doing all of that while keeping up with the ARIRANG world tour schedule.

Jungkook also flagged a health concern in a recent Weverse Live, saying shin pain has put him in a state close to a stress fracture.
