Byun Yo-han, Moon Ji-hoon (Swings) appear on KBS 2TV's 'The Seasons' alongside Park Jung-hyun and Silica Gel

Byun Yo-han went seven months without alcohol to prepare for Tazza: Beelzebub's Song. "It felt like I went to the brink of death and came back," he said on the August 28 episode of KBS 2TV's music talk show The Seasons – Sung Si-kyung's Ear Boyfriend.

His co-star Moon Ji-hoon—better known as rapper Swings, 19 years into his career—is making his acting debut in the same film. "I'm in Moon Ji-hoon mode now," he said. Sung Si-kyung pressed Byun Yo-han on how much he loves his wife Tiffany, who appeared on the show back in May. "I cannot express it in words," Byun Yo-han replied.

Park Jung-hyun joined the duet corner Two People with Sung Si-kyung and talked about launching her personal YouTube channel Big Jung-hyun. "After the COVID-19 situation, I missed performing on stage. I opened YouTube to find my own stage."

Songwriter Su-min, who has worked with BTS, aespa, IU, and BoA, shared behind-the-scenes details on aespa's Armageddon, which she co-wrote with Lee Jae from K-pop Demon Hunters. Sung Si-kyung's take: "The feeling is definitely different." Su-min also said she realized she "could make a living with music."

Indie band Silica Gel rounded out the lineup. The group first formed through a media art class, and one of their original members now works as art director on Sung Si-kyung's Ear Boyfriend. (Small world.) Member Kim Han-joo, mid-conversation about insomnia, dropped an unexpected cure: "After getting married, I sleep well." On the Silica Gel parody circulating online, the band said it was "very interesting and I felt good."

Sung Si-kyung told the audience their energy surprised him. "This kind of reaction from the audience is the first time for me."
