EVAN sets September 7 debut mini album 'DEATH OF ME' with 8 tracks, self-produced

EVAN's first mini album, DEATH OF ME, arrives September 7. Eight tracks. Self-produced. The title track shares the album's name.

Track samplers roll out sequentially, starting with Going Home and Noise. The contrast hits immediately. Going Home draws from "잠시 겨울이 왔던 내 방안" (my room where winter briefly came) and "별빛 가득히 물들였던 밤" (the night filled with starlight). Noise swings the other way: "I don't care 'bout the noise around / I tune it just fine." A direct statement. EVAN led production across the entire album, so the range feels intentional.

The release follows a packed few months. EVAN performed at KCON LA 2026, appeared in the Grammy Museum's Spotlight program, and on August 23 was named a Global-K Artist recipient at 2026 TIMA, a major Chinese-market awards show. (Eight tracks for a debut mini is generous—most first efforts run shorter.)
