Hwasa Spends World Tour Day Off at Namdaemun with Han Hyejin; Park Kyungrim Announces Talk Concert

Park Kyungrim is reviving her talk concert after seven years away. She announced 인생급수 (Inseong Geupsu) on the August 9 broadcast of SBS Miwoo Uri Saekki, with the first show in Daegu on the 15th, Seoul on the 30th, and provincial dates rolling through September.

She walked through her MC prep ritual. "Since everyone pours their souls into making these works, I prepare special costumes so that people can tell what kind of work it is just by looking at my outfit," she said. Co-host Shin Dongyup, who's known her older sister for years, joked that he invites her to MC events "as if holding a ritual with a pig's head" — a Korean good-luck tradition — and called her "the pig's head of production presentations." The two had never met before despite knowing each other's reputations.

Hwasa used her single post-world-tour rest day entirely on Han Hyejin, the two heading to Namdaemun Market together. Hwasa has been into mokku — decorating bath baskets — for four years and calls herself a "bath senior." She picked up hair caps, turbans, and mesh bath baskets. Han Hyejin paid, saying "Why would a baby pay?" They found pajamas priced at 40,000 won sitting among much pricier options.

They ended the outing with deokjajjim, a steamed dish made from deokja, a fish larger than a pomfret. Hwasa said she first ate it there and "looked for the cooking method afterward, but there was none like it." Han Hyejin called it "the most delicious fish I have ever eaten in my life."
