Jin shares ARIRANG world tour stage photos as BTS continues global run
BTS released their 5th full album ARIRANG on March 20, 2026 — their first in 3 years and 9 months — and are now mid-way through a world tour spanning Korea and Europe.
BTS dropped their fifth regular album ARIRANG on March 20, 2026, ending a 3-year-and-9-month gap since their last full-length record. All seven members — RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook — worked on the album and are involved in promotions. Jin (Kim Seok-jin) has shared stage photos from the Busan leg and other domestic dates as the group prepares to head into their European run.
For Jin, the ARIRANG comeback marks his first full-group activity since completing mandatory military service. He enlisted in the Army 5th Infantry Division on December 13, 2022, finished his service at the rank of sergeant, and was discharged on June 12, 2024. During that stretch, his solo catalog grew: The Astronaut (2022), digital single Super Tuna (2024), Japanese digital single 君に届くまで (feat. Taka) (2024), and mini-album Echo (2025) with pre-release single I'll Be There.
Beyond music, Jin's cumulative donations to UNICEF passed 100 million won, earning him a spot in the organization's Honors Club. He also received the Hwaggwan Culture Medal for contributions to promoting Korean popular music internationally. He ranked at the top of a '2026 Most Shining Star' survey conducted earlier this year.
The world tour continues with European dates to follow the domestic run.
