Writer Park Yeon-seon (*Age of Youth*, *Love Affairs in the Net*) brings a hair-salon drama to JTBC on September 19 at 10:40 PM.

JTBC's 날아올라라 나비 (Fly Up Butterfly) premieres September 19 at 10:40 PM. The network calls it the "universe's first hairdresser drama."
Inside a salon bearing the same name, customers, designers, and interns collide. Park Yeon-seon wrote it. Her résumé includes Age of Youth and Love Affairs in the Net. Directors Kim Da-ye (Hello Dracula) and Kim Bo-gyeong (producer on When the Wind Blows and Mystic Pop-up Bar) co-direct. The production comes from 지앤지 프로덕션 and SLL.
Seven people anchor the ensemble. Kim Hyang-gi plays Gi-ppeum, the senior intern—timid but diligent. Park Jung-woo is Mu-yeol, the youngest. Moon Tae-yu takes Woo-saeng-saeng, a quiet late-bloomer. Kim Ga-hee is Suri, consistently kind to those around her. The designers: Choi Daniel as Gwang-su, who prizes expert opinion; Oh Yoon-ah as salon director Michelle; and Shim Eun-woo as Jen, who has an engineering degree.
The production team centered the pitch on "diverse character play and chemistry of the seven hair designers and interns," framing it as "human stories that resemble all of us."
