Lee Dong-wook wraps Disney+ run on 'Killers' Shopping Mall Season 2' and joins Jeon So-nee, Jung Yu-mi, and Lee Jong-won on Netflix's 'Love Affair'.

Lee Dong-wook is confirmed for the Netflix series Love Affair, his next project after completing Killers' Shopping Mall Season 2 on Disney+.
Love Affair follows four men and women whose lives unravel after two people share an unforgettable night in an unfamiliar place. Lee plays Ji-hoon, caught between rational judgment and emotion. Jeon So-nee, Jung Yu-mi, and Lee Jong-won complete the lead cast.
He just finished a grueling run on Killers' Shopping Mall Season 2, where he returned as Jeong Jin-man—a former mercenary who founded MurderHelp, the killer-supply shop at the show's center. Two years separated the seasons. For the role, he gained weight during prep.
Back-to-back streaming projects feel like the natural next step for someone building his career the way he has. He debuted in 1999 after winning a full-time model selection competition, then moved into acting that same year through a one-act play. His first drama lead arrived in 2005 with My Girl. Then came 2016's Goblin, where he played a grim reaper and the king Wangryeo—the role that locked him in as a prestige-drama fixture.
Right now he's on a night shoot somewhere, sweating through it. His own words: "덥다 더워" ("It's hot, it's hot").
