UNCHILD's second digital single TiNG TiNG will not drop on September 2. High Up Entertainment announced the postponement on August 24 via the group's official social media, citing internal company circumstances without elaboration.
The label apologized to the fandom directly. "We sincerely apologize for disappointing the CHACHA who were waiting for the comeback," the statement read, using the official fandom name. No new date has been set. The agency said it will announce a confirmed schedule through additional notices once finalized.
The delay comes roughly four months into UNCHILD's existence. The six-member group—Na Ha-eun, Park Ye-eun, Hiki, Tina, Ako, and Ybon—debuted in April 2026 with their first single We Are UNCHILD. High Up Entertainment's first girl group in approximately six years since STAYC. TiNG TiNG would have been only their second release.
Na Ha-eun is the member most familiar to general audiences, having appeared on SBS's Star King and built a public profile as a "dance prodigy." Park Ye-eun previously appeared on the survival program I-Land 2. Four months in, a postponement with zero explanation is not the momentum a new group needs.
