AIWEO drops debut MV for 'BE MY HUG' title track, joins Wonderlive 2026 lineup

Classroom walls, stopped clocks, and a dream twist

AIWEO (아이우에오) released the music video for their debut EP BE MY HUG title track AIWEO on September 4.

The MV opens in a classroom during exam time. Members scribble on OMR cards, pick up guitar, bass, microphone. They try to escape by moving desks and chairs—but it's all imagination. An eraser hits a clock. Time stops. The members spill into the playground and auditorium. Then the second half flips everything: every moment was a dream. Soap bubbles, balloons, balls scattered throughout express what the group calls the vitality of youth.

Two lyrics anchor the concept directly. "하고 싶은 말들이 많아 입을 벌려 소리치자" (I have so much to say, let me open my mouth and shout). And: *"이 세상이 지겨운 우린 그냥 흔들흔들 춤을 추자."

The name, the lore, and six episodes of pre-debut docs

The group name means "our resonance greater than a single voice"—four vowels combining to make a new sound, four members doing the same. Before the MV dropped, AIWEO had already logged serious pre-debut work. Six documentary episodes covered each member's reasons for starting music, their individual goals, and the process of forming the team. Sequential reveals followed: team name, logo, announcement video.

Label senior and singer-songwriter Hanroro (한로로, real name 한지수) wrote a short-form worldview novel containing the group's narrative as a support move ahead of debut.

Wonderlive 2026 is the first stage
