Billlie's Tsuki turned 23 on Sept. 21 with a red-rose photo post, days after MCing the 2026 SPOTV K-POP AWARDS.

Tsuki (후쿠토미 츠키) turned 23 on September 21. Main dancer and sub-vocalist for Billlie, she marked the day with a photo taken outdoors—an armful of red roses in hand—and a single line:
"Happy birthday to me" — Tsuki
Born September 21, 2002, in Awaji City, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, Tsuki is a Japanese national based in Korea as a working artist. She anchors Billlie, the seven-member group that also includes Mun Sua, Suhyun, Haram, Shion, Siyoon, and Haruna. Their official fan club is Belllie've.
Before the birthday posts came a solo reputation built on a single Simply K-Pop fancam. Released February 25, 2022, the clip filmed to GingaMingaYo (the strange world) hit 15 million views by July 29, 2025. That's the second-highest view count among 4th-generation girl group fancams and one of only two from that generation to break 10 million. The run earned her the nickname 표정 부자 ("expression-rich").
She launched a personal YouTube channel, TSUKITSUKICHAKACHAKA, on November 15, 2023. She also danced as an EXILE backup dancer before this. Her MBTI is listed as ENFP.
The birthday fell shortly after Tsuki served as MC for the 2026 SPOTV K-POP AWARDS, held at KINTEX in Ilsan, Goyang, Gyeonggi Province. Billlie has been promoting their first regular album, the collective soul and unconscious: chapter two, with back-to-back title tracks ZAP and WORK. The group debuted with RING X RING.
