BOYNEXTDOOR's first studio album repackage 'HOME: DELUXE' arrives September 28 with electro-funk title track 'ANIMAL'—a genre first for the six-member group.
14 tracks, one genre they've never touched
BOYNEXTDOOR (Sungho, Riwoo, Myung Jae-hyun, Taesan, Leehan, Unhak) drop HOME: DELUXE on September 28 at 6 PM. Fourteen tracks total: five new songs, nine from the original first album.
ANIMAL marks their first electro-funk move. The concept chases goals relentlessly, using animal movements as metaphor for that hunger. "Move like animal" sits at the center of a beat built by Pop Time and kako. ZICO, CEO and producer of KOZ Entertainment, worked the track alongside members Myung Jae-hyun, Taesan, and Unhak as songwriters. Those three have been writing credits since I Feel Good (mini album 4) and VIRAL (first studio album title track).
What's new on the repackage
Five additions span different moods. ANIMAL is the electro-funk lead. CLICHE goes disco, comparing falling in love unknowingly to a cliché. Count To Love (Korean Ver.) adapts the title track from Japanese single album BOYLIFE, released August 2025. Boom Boom Boom was the title track of their second Japanese digital single, also from August. 400 Years is their first fan song—uploaded to their official YouTube channel in January 2024, now getting its first official audio release.

A preview of the new material dropped September 21 at 10 PM via the HIVE Labels YouTube channel. The ANIMAL music video teaser follows September 24.
The week before the drop
The group performed at the official dinner of the 2026 First Korea-Central Asia Summit in Seoul on September 16, a state event attended by the leaders of South Korea and five Central Asian nations.
