Catzeyez hold UK chart spots across three entries while Billboard 200 No. 1 and SNL debut loom

Three entries, four weeks of UK chart presence

Catzeyez hold three simultaneous positions on the UK Official Charts with their third mini-album WILD. The pre-release single "Animal" is strongest of the three at No. 18 on the Singles Top 100—down two spots from last week but now in its seventh consecutive week on the chart. Title track "Hootie Frutti" sits at No. 41 (down eight), and the album itself at No. 33 on the Albums Top 100 (down eleven). Both are in their fourth consecutive week.

"Hootie Frutti" runs on percussion-driven pop with a heavy drum beat and witty lyrics. The label calls the music video bold.

The UK run follows a bigger moment: WILD gave Catzeyez their first-ever No. 1 on the Billboard 200 last month. The album has stayed in the top tier of that chart for three consecutive weeks since.

SNL debut set for the 27th

NBC announced the Saturday Night Live Season 52 lineup on the 10th, and Catzeyez are performing live on the 27th in the episode hosted by NBA New York Knicks player Jalen Brunson. It's their first appearance on the show. Other confirmed musical guests for the season include Turnstile, Rosalía, and Gracie Abrams.

Catzeyez told fans to "not miss the broadcast."

The group also has staying power through a separate track: "Golden," from the Netflix animated film K-pop Demon Hunters original soundtrack, is at No. 58 on the Singles Top 100 in its 64th consecutive week.
