Singer-songwriter Ha Hyun-sang's exclusive contract with Wake One has ended, closing a roughly seven-year chapter that began with Stone Music Entertainment in 2019.

Ha Hyun-sang's exclusive contract with Wake One has ended after approximately seven years. The relationship started in 2019 when he signed with Stone Music Entertainment, then shifted to Wake One following CJ ENM's music management business restructuring. He renewed with Wake One in September 2023. The agency promised full support for him to demonstrate his capabilities.
Ha Hyun-sang debuted in February 2018 with the single Dawn (던). A year later he appeared on JTBC's band audition program Super Band, where he formed Hopiolla with Aile, Hong Jin-ho, and Kim Young-so. The group won the inaugural championship. He also contributed to OSTs for Mr. Sunshine, Meloholic, and Half of Half.
His first full-length album, Time and Trace, arrived in 2023—five years after debut. In April of this year he released New Boat (뉴 보트), his second full-length album, roughly three years later. He participated in writing all tracks on the record. Before the album dropped, he held a solo concert of the same name at Seoul Olympic Park Olympic Hall for four days.
