Kang Tae-joo joins Tving rom-com 'I Can Tremble' opposite Nam Ji-hyun and Kim Jae-young
Kang Tae-joo joins the Tving romantic comedy *I Can Tremble* as vice rep Yoon Ji-o, premiering October 15.
Kang Tae-joo has been cast in the Tving original I Can Tremble (내가 떨릴 수 있게), his agency confirmed on the 15th. The 10-episode romantic comedy stars Nam Ji-hyun and Kim Jae-young as its leads — a woman who refuses to do anything without love and a man who believes love isn't necessary.
Kang plays Yoon Ji-o, vice representative of RO&D. Sociable, playfully cunning, free-spirited yet professional. His character shares a long friendship with Kim Jae-young's Dok-go Dal, the two trading casual banter, while he approaches Nam Ji-hyun's Gong Yeon-su with deliberate, understated attentiveness.
From 1980-to-1 odds to Pachinko
Kang broke into the industry by landing the lead in The Young Nobleman (귀공자) out of a 1,980-to-1 audition pool. He took Best New Actor at the 43rd Golden Camera Awards. Then came Noah in Pachinko Season 2. I Can Tremble premieres October 15.
