Kassy lights up 2026 Nowon Craft Beer Festival with night stage set

Kassy takes the Nowon stage

Kassy (Kim So-yeon, 30) took the stage for a night set at the 2026 Nowon Craft Beer Festival X Seoul Music Week. She posted to fans immediately after.

"너어어어어어무 즐겁고 분위기 좋아따아아아아," she wrote — the festival atmosphere was very enjoyable and the mood was great. Then: "다음엔 꼭 맥주를 마실테야" (next time I will definitely drink beer).

Eleven years of catalog behind that stage

Kassy debuted in 2015 with the digital single 침대 위에서. Her discography now spans six mini albums and a 2025 single. Representative tracks: 그때가 좋았어, 사진첩, and 담담할 줄 알았어.

Kassy competed on the rap survival show Unpretty Rapstar 3. She appeared on episode 101 of Mystery Music Show Mask King under the name 갑자기 분위기 운명의 데스티니 and advanced to round 2. On the futsal program 골 때리는 그녀들, she suited up as a defender for FC Balladream wearing jersey number 95.

Awards came in steady. Female Vocal at the 2019 Brand of the Year Awards. Ballad Category Discovery of the Year at the 9th Gaon Chart Music Awards in 2020. R&B Hip-Hop Award at the 29th Hi1 Seoul Music Awards. K-POP Singer Award at the 29th Korea Culture Entertainment Awards in 2021.

She's kept a steady release schedule through singles and mini albums, meeting fans across stages and content. The beer, apparently, is still pending.
