Lee Hyori stunned as couple's 449-day jealousy drama plays out on JTBC's 'Love War'

JTBC's 연애전쟁 (Love War) episode 12 aired September 14 at 9:50 PM. On set were Jeong Il-dae (Gwangsu from 나는 솔로 season 16) and Kim So-yeon (Hyeonsuk from season 22), a couple 449 days into their relationship and ready to air their grievances.

Jeong Il-dae had downloaded Lee Hyori's "Ten Minute" music video. He kept it on his phone. Kim So-yeon, a Fin.K.L and Lee Hyori fan who regularly sings both Fin.K.L songs and "Ten Minute," saw red. "You really liked that celebrity," she said to the room.

Lee Hyori was sitting right there. She asked twice. "Are you actually upset?" Then: "Is this real?"

"순간적으로 질투가 났다," Kim So-yeon admitted — "I felt jealous in that moment."

She turned to Jeong Il-dae. "Who do you like more?" Lee Hyori watched the whole thing unfold and shook her head. "자기 기분대로야" — she just does whatever she feels like.

The other conflict on the table

Another dispute came up during the episode. Jeong Il-dae said he'd been married twice but pushed back on being called a 돌돌싱 (a divorced person with children). Kim So-yeon countered that he'd told her, "You have a child" — and she wasn't letting it go.

Love War follows couples on the edge of breaking up as they work through what went wrong. They decide whether to stay or leave. The show airs Mondays at 9:50 PM on JTBC.
