Lee Seoyeon (Y:SY) drops first solo mini-album 'GOODIES' on September 9

Lee Seoyeon (Y:SY) is releasing her first solo mini-album GOODIES on September 9 across online music platforms.

The four-track R&B record arrives roughly 10 months after NAKED, the debut single she dropped last November upon joining Higher Music Records. GOODIES marks her first release in mini-album format as a solo artist—a step forward from the single that launched her post-group chapter.

Physical album pre-orders opened September 1 through various retailers. Higher Music Records posted a scheduler image for GOODIES on its official SNS channels the same day.

Seoyeon debuted with FROMIS_9 in 2018 after competing on Mnet's Idol School in 2017. She held main dancer and lead vocalist positions within the group, and also contributed as a rapper, songwriter, and composer. After leaving, she signed with Higher Music Records, a global hip-hop label, and has been building her solo discography since.

The album's stated theme centers on personal taste and lifestyle—showing her true self through a focused four-track statement.
