ARISE adds new member SIWOO, plans trio activities before full-group comeback in H1 2027
ARISE has added 2007-born SIWOO as its first new member. A December mini album is coming, with a full-lineup comeback planned for the first half of 2027.

ARISE brings in SIWOO, ending duo era
ARISE has added SIWOO (시우) to its lineup, Bae U Entertainment announced on October 17. The move marks the start of a restructuring aimed at a full-group comeback in the first half of 2027.
SIWOO, born in 2007, is the first member to join since ARISE operated as a duo with JIHU and JIHO. The three will promote together while auditions for one or two additional members continue. Bae U Entertainment spent roughly six months running private auditions to find the right fit.
Her first stage comes October 24 at a Dingadinga Studio busking event in Hanam. SIWOO said: "I can't believe I became a member of ARISE, which I've admired for a long time, but I will do my best to be loved by EYZ fans by trusting my unnis and preparing well."
December mini album, then the full picture
The trio is already working toward a December release. A mini album is dropping in early December with a new track from composer Happy Choi (해피초이). November award ceremonies, year-end performances, and overseas stages are also lined up.
ARISE wrapped promotions for RE EP.1 and completed a performance in Maryland, USA. EYZ—the official fandom name—have been waiting on new material since.
The full-group configuration arrives in 2027. Once the remaining audition slots are filled and the complete lineup is set, ARISE will move into a full-group comeback in the first half of next year.
Cheer the story
