Gree asks girlfriend about wedding singer from hospital bed after ACL surgery
Gree, son of broadcaster Kim Goo-ra, tore his ACL during futsal on Oct 16. From his hospital bed, he asked his girlfriend who should sing at their wedding.

ACL tear from a futsal warmup
Gree (Kim Dong-hyun), son of broadcaster Kim Goo-ra, tore his anterior cruciate ligament during a futsal match with male cast members of an upcoming theater production. Surgery followed. He'll wear a brace for two months, and his theater run is scheduled two months out—timing that should work in his favor.
On October 16, Gree posted a video titled "I Had Surgery… My Girlfriend's Hospital Visit" to his YouTube channel 김그리. It showed his girlfriend visiting him in recovery.
The wedding question that broke the internet
From his hospital bed, Gree turned to his girlfriend and asked: "Who would you like to sing the wedding song at our wedding?" She answered without hesitation—Byeon Woo-seok. He looked straight into the camera. "Did you hear that? Byeon Woo-seok, I'm counting on you."
He also wanted comedian Cho Hye-ryeon to perform her song 아나까나 at the ceremony. "If she sings that song, it will bring blessings to our household."
(For a guy recovering from ACL surgery, he's doing a lot of wedding planning.)
The relationship, on record
Gree was born in 1998. He first appeared on entertainment programs as a child and later debuted as a rapper, currently active in both music and broadcasting. His relationship went public in March when footage of him attending comedian Nam Chang-hee's wedding with his girlfriend surfaced through model Hong Jin-kyung's channel content. Gree confirmed it himself afterward, saying the two had been seeing each other for a long time.
