KickFlip drop fifth mini album 'KICK OFF THE WALL Pt. 1' with two title tracks
Less than two years after debut, KickFlip drops their fifth mini album with two title tracks and songs pulled straight from the members' own lives.

Two title tracks, one clear statement
KickFlip released their fifth mini album, KICK OFF THE WALL Pt. 1, on the 6th. The project centers on two title tracks and a lineup of songs the members say came directly from their own lives.
미완성 (Incomplete) leads as the first title track. Kick Off The Wall featuring Ian Dior (이안 디올) follows as the second. The seven members — Gyehun (계훈), Amaru (아마루), Donghwa (동화), Juwang (주왕), Minje (민제), Kaeju (케이주), and Donghyun (동현) — debuted in January 2025. This is their fifth mini album in under two years.
Member stories on the track list
Two album cuts are explicitly member-sourced. hate blueberry grew out of Donghwa's real-life experience. Minje wrote Drop In, drawing its concept from the skateboarding technique of the same name — fitting for a group whose identity is built around skate culture from the name up.
The members described the process:
"Beyond making good songs, we continuously thought about 'how to capture our story right now'."
Mini albums one through four — Flip it, Kick it!, Kick Out, Flip Now!, My First Flip, and My First Kick — mapped a fairly linear early-career arc. KICK OFF THE WALL Pt. 1 carries a "Part 1" designation for the first time, signaling more to come. The dual title track setup is also a structural first for the group.
What they're building toward
KickFlip were direct about the longer goal: "We want to complete our own color that people immediately think of when they think of KickFlip."
The title 미완성 — literally "incomplete" — reads as intentional self-awareness rather than a stumble. A group naming their comeback "unfinished" while releasing their fifth project in under two years is either very confident or very honest, possibly both. KICK OFF THE WALL Pt. 1 is out now.
Cheer the story
