Psycho (싸이커스) drop mini album 8 'Root Zero: The Calling' on November 2

Six months, six tracks, one title

Psycho (싸이커스) drops their 8th mini album Root Zero: The Calling on November 2. Their last comeback was May's 7th mini album, which sold 360,000 copies in its first week—a personal record.

The new album has six tracks: Dynamite as the title, plus Go, Mask Off, One, Dum, and Sanctuary. Psycho debuted in March 2023. This release marks their highest-profile comeback yet, riding momentum from where the previous album landed internationally.

What the 7th album built

That May release hit #4 on the US Billboard World Albums chart and #11 on Top Album Sales. Psycho themselves charted at #3 on Emerging Artists. Those numbers are the baseline for Root Zero: The Calling.

They've been teasing the album through unit pre-releases. The rap unit—Minjae, Sumin, and Yechan—dropped Just for Fun. The vocal unit—Jinsik, Hyunwoo, Jeonghun, and Seeun—released Runners High. The performance unit rounds out the 10-member lineup: Junmin, Yujun, and Hunter.

(Three separate unit drops before a title track is a lot of runway. The fandom's had time to form opinions before the album even lands.)

November 7 stage at KGMA

Psycho wrapped an Osaka fan meeting recently. They're performing at the 3rd Korea Grand Music Awards (2026 KGMA) Artist Day on November 7—five days after the album release. For that stage, they'll add a special intro performance exclusive to KGMA to elevate the overall show.

The album drops November 2.
