SBS 'Our Ballad 2' opens applications for Round 4 live audience panel 'Topbaekgwi'

Round 4 audience panel now open for applications

SBS's ballad-themed audition program Woori-deul-ui Ballad 2 is recruiting viewer evaluators — called '탑백귀' (Topbaekgwi) — to attend and directly score contestants at its Round 4 recording on November 14 (Saturday). Applications run from October 20 through November 3 via the official Woori-deul-ui Ballad website. Selected applicants will be chosen by lottery.

Round 4 is where the stakes matter. This is the stage that determines which contestants advance to the live broadcast.

Three episodes in, the numbers are already stacking up

The show launched with a 5.1% nationwide viewership rating and has held at 5% for three consecutive episodes. In the 2049 demographic, it has ranked first among Monday variety programs every episode. Netflix Korea's variety series category also has it at No. 1.

Cumulative online views have cleared 40 million. Music tracks from the show entered chart rankings immediately after the first broadcast.

Park Ye-seung's historic perfect score

Round 1 produced a milestone: Park Ye-seung (박예승) became the first contestant in the show's history to receive a perfect 150 votes. 150 out of 150 in a single round is the kind of number that tends to follow a contestant all season. Other Round 1 participants who drew attention include Heo Chae-min (허채민), Kim So-yeon (김소연), and Lim Ba-da (임바다).
