The Weeknd returns to Korea after 8 years, sells out 108,000 seats across two nights in Goyang
The Weeknd played Goyang Comprehensive Sports Complex on Oct. 7 as part of the 'After Hours Til Dawn' stadium tour, his first Korea visit since 2018.

8 years, 108,000 seats, two nights
The Weeknd returned to Korea on October 7, performing at Goyang Comprehensive Sports Complex Main Stadium in Goyang, Gyeonggi for Hyundai Card Super Concert 28 The Weeknd. His last time in the country was 2018. Both October 7 and October 8 dates sold out all approximately 108,000 combined seats.
The show is a stop on the After Hours Til Dawn stadium tour. Since launching in July 2022, it has logged 153 performances and roughly 7.5 million cumulative audience members.
Jennie collab, fan mic moments
The setlist spanned One Of The Girls — the track featuring BLACKPINK's Jennie — Stargirl, Out of Time, I Feel It Coming, and Die for You.
During Out of Time, The Weeknd stepped down into the audience, passed the microphone to fans, and hugged those who sang along. (The kind of moment that travels on social media instantly.)
He spoke to the crowd twice. "Can you see how much I love you all?" he asked. Then: "I love you all so much, do you feel the same?"
Who he is
The Weeknd officially debuted in 2013 with his first studio album Kiss Land. His catalog includes hits Blinding Lights and I Feel It Coming (feat. Daft Punk).
