Lovelybon pop-up in Sillim: Sylvanian, Sanrio, Monchhichi rare finds

Aiko Tanaka·9/24/2026, 5:01:25 PM·17

Lovelybon is a Gimpo-based character goods shop that specializes in curated vintage and rare collectibles—think Sylvanian Families, Sanrio, and Monchhichi limited editions that are genuinely hard to find elsewhere. If you collect any of these IP, this pop-up is worth the trip. The shop has only recently started deep-diving into Sylvanian stock, but the curation is already impressive enough to stop you mid-scroll on Instagram.

The pop-up is running in Sillim, Seoul at Timestream (서울특별시 관악구 신림로 330 타임스트림), located deep inside the building on the 1st floor. Nearest subway is Sillim Station. This is a walk-in pop-up—no reservation needed, though the blogger visited early in the opening window and inventory was fresh.

Inside, the experience is divided by character zone. The Sylvanian Families section is the main draw: the blogger found pajama gacha (blind boxes), blind-back figures across multiple series (Adventure, Colorful Rabbit, Tea Time, Fruit), and an overwhelming number of keychains in various rarities. The Tea Time and Fruit blind-back figures were still in stock when visited, though the D-tier (most popular) figures were already moving fast. If you're hunting for specific Sylvanian keychains, the selection is genuinely extensive.

The Sanrio zone stopped even non-collectors mid-step. Hello Kitty, My Melody, and My Sweet Piano special editions were on display—the blogger spent a long time deliberating between them. The styling is very princess-coded; each piece is detailed and photogenic.

Monchhichi figures are also stocked, including harder-to-find editions (the blogger noted Singapore-exclusive versions). Pricing on these rare pieces is steep—expect boutique-shop markup, not bargain-bin pricing. The blogger purchased a Tea Time elephant wish figure, a new-to-them round-head Monchhichi type, and a Hello Kitty figure with lace detailing, totaling 170,000 won across the visit.

Practical notes: This is a small shop's pop-up, not a massive branded event. There are no free goods or photo zones mentioned—you're there to browse and buy. Stock moves, especially on popular tiers, so if you see something on your wish list, don't wait. The blogger visited early and found inventory generous; later visits may see picked-over sections. Pricing is collector-market rate, not casual-fan friendly. Go if you collect these IPs seriously; skip if you're browsing for a one-off gift.

The blogger's takeaway: a small, thoughtfully curated pop-up that feels like discovering a friend's personal collection rather than a corporate event. The owner's taste is evident in every section.
