AtHeart's seven-member rookie group dropped a Lia Kim–choreographed performance video for *Say It* on June 29, landing on Melon HOT100 and launching their June–August Time Travel Project.

AtHeart posted a moving-version performance video for Say It on their official YouTube channel on June 29.
The group—Michi, Arin, Caitlin, Bom, Seohyun, Aurora, and Nahyun—filmed inside a school auditorium in Y2K-styled outfits. Lia Kim, CPO of Titan Contents, directed the choreography, which leans heavily on gym ball work. The prop's dynamic movement threads through the entire routine, raising the difficulty bar.
Say It is a groove-centered remake of Lovefool by Swedish band The Cardigans. It keeps the original melody but strips away the melancholy, replacing it with something you can actually dance to. The track hit Melon HOT100 shortly after release.
This single kicks off the Time Travel Project, a global remake series running June through August. Each track reinterprets a notable domestic or international song originally released in 1996. The Cardigans' Lovefool dropped that same year, so the pairing works.
AtHeart will push Say It through music broadcast appearances and web content.
