AtHeart dropped 'Say It' on June 25, kicking off a two-part 1996 remake series with a same-day M Countdown performance.

AtHeart dropped Say It on June 25, the first entry in their self-titled Time Travel Project — a global remake series built around 1996 hits, running across June and August.
The track samples "Lovefool" by Swedish band The Cardigans, best known as the Romeo and Juliet film OST. AtHeart's version keeps the original melody intact while layering a funky bass, a rhythmic beat, and synth textures to push it into danceable pop territory. Lyrically, the song takes a confident stance: demanding a straight answer inside an ambiguous relationship.
The music video pairs a high-teen movie-style storyline with the members' performances. Say It entered Melon's HOT100 immediately after release.
That same evening, the seven members — Michi, Arin, Katelyn, Bom, Seohyun, Aurora, and Nahyun — performed Say It on Mnet's M Countdown. Gym balls became props alongside the choreography, with point moves designed to mirror the lyrics directly. (The gym balls had already been teased across pre-release content, so the live reveal was very much expected.)
The second Time Travel Project release is already confirmed: a remake of Rula's 3! 4!, a 1996 domestic hit, due in early August. AtHeart has also stated plans to continue performing on music broadcasts to build reach with fans at home and abroad.
