BOYNEXTDOOR drops VIRAL remix with HIVE Latin pop group SANTOS BRAVOS on June 22

BOYNEXTDOOR posted to their official SNS on June 20 at 11 AM to announce VIRAL (SANTOS BRAVOS Remix), dropping June 22 at 1 PM.

SANTOS BRAVOS, a Latin pop group under HIVE, kicks off what BOYNEXTDOOR describes as a sequential series of remix releases from various artists. VIRAL is the title track of HOME, the group's first full-length album, and was written to carry the wish that the song would spread to more people.

The original track's chart performance backs that up. VIRAL topped the KBS2 Music Bank K-Chart for the third week of June (count period: June 8–14), though the broadcast itself was preempted by 2026 FIFA World Cup coverage. It hit #1 on the Circle Chart download chart (June 7–13), landed at #22 on Korean Spotify Weekly Top Songs (June 12–18), and entered the Melon weekly chart at #50 (June 8–14).

HOME itself is charting across the board. The album claimed #1 on both Circle Chart and Hanteo Chart weekly album rankings (June 8–14). It also hit #1 on Billboard Japan Top Album Sales and Hot Albums for the same period, plus #1 on both the Japan Oricon Weekly Album Ranking and Weekly Combined Album Ranking.

Sungho, Riwoo, Myung Jaehyun, Taesan, Leehan, and Woonhak have a packed schedule around the drop. June 20 brings the 35th Seoul Music Awards at Inspire Arena in Incheon Yeongjongdo, plus an appearance on tvN's Amazing Saturday. June 21 adds SBS Power FM's Park So-hyun's Love Game and KBS2's The Boss's Ears Are Donkey Ears. Busy weekend before a Sunday release, basically.
