Cube's NOWZ targeting August comeback

NOWZ, the five-member Cube boy group that rebranded from NOWADAYS last year, are planning a Korean comeback in August 2026.

NOWZ — Cube Entertainment's five-member boy group — are targeting an August comeback, the agency confirmed.

The group (Hyunbin, Yoon, Yeonwoo, Jinhyuk, Siyoon) debuted in April 2024 and rebranded from NOWADAYS to NOWZ last year. Their first mini album IGNITION, released in July 2025, cleared 150,000 copies in first-week sales. In March 2026 they dropped their first Japanese EP, also titled NOWZ.

The pre-release single "자유롭게 날아 (Feat. YUQI)" hit No. 1 on China's QQ Music new song daily chart. It was produced by YUQI of (G)I-DLE, a labelmate move that clearly worked.

An August return puts them back in Korean promotions roughly a year after IGNITION landed.
