Hanroro returns July 9 with digital single 'You and I,' featuring Sanrio collaboration
Hanroro's new digital single 'You and I' arrives July 9 with Sanrio's Pom Pom Purin on the cover and in the music video.
Hanroro releases digital single 너와 나 (You and I) on July 9, 2026, in collaboration with character brand Sanrio. Pom Pom Purin appears on the album cover and in the music video animation.
She performed the track live at the 2026 Seoul Jazz Festival on May 24, with the Sanrio character joining her on stage. The single follows a string of recent wins: Musician of the Year at the 23rd Korean Popular Music Awards in February, selection as Korea's representative artist in YouTube's 2026 Foundry program, lyrics credits on NMIXX's fifth mini album Heavy Serenade, and publication of a novel called 자몽살구클럽.
Hanroro debuted in 2022 with 입춘. Her subsequent releases include 0+0 and 사랑하게 될 거야. She also appears in Cosmopolitan Korea's July issue. In the accompanying interview, she expressed hope that listeners will feel a closeness to her.
