Jin Sun-gyeol's Netflix comedy 'Husbands' tops charts across Asia

Netflix film Husbands (남편들) landed in the top positions of the platform's film category across seven Asian markets — Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia — following its June 19 release.

The setup is simple enough: a comedy action film where an ex-husband and current husband team up to rescue a wife kidnapped by a crime organization. Jin Sun-gyeol plays Chung-sik, the ex-husband. He's the unlikely linchpin holding this partnership together.

Jin Sun-gyeol's next project is already set. He'll star in the tvN drama 100 Days of Lies (100일의 거짓말).
