Peggy Gou drops 'Wo,man' with Ayra Starr on June 26—a summer dancefloor anthem out via XL Recordings.

Peggy Gou (김민지) released Wo,man on June 26 via XL Recordings, featuring Nigerian Afrobeats artist Ayra Starr.
The track rides a summer dancefloor vibe built around independence and solidarity. Its anchor: the earworm vocal hook "Adigidang dang dang di dang." The two had already worked together earlier in 2026 on a remix of Ayra Starr's Where Do We Go, so this collab didn't come out of nowhere.
Gou explained her search for the right voice: "Ayra Starr understood it perfectly as soon as she heard it. The two of our worlds naturally came together and completed the balance of sexiness and swagger." Ayra Starr felt the same way about the creative process. "A perfect summer vibe," she said.
The single arrives as Gou's stock keeps rising. Drake and Sexyy Red sampled her hit (It's Gozz Like) Nanana. She recently remixed Madonna's I Feel So Free. Wo,man marks her first original single since the 2024 debut album I Hear You.
To celebrate, Gou is hosting The Gou,tique—a one-night-only pop-up in East London on June 26. She'll give away 200 personal items from her own collection plus 100 archive merchandise pieces. Music comes from artists on her label Gudu Records and fellow DJs. (Two hundred personal items is not a small giveaway.)
