Psy (Park Jae-sang, 48) launched Psy Humpback Show SUMMER SWAG 2026 Long-Distance Run at Uijeongbu Sports Complex on June 27. The 14-show run spans 9 cities.
He announced the opening on social media with a characteristically chaotic post: "의정부 welcomes you!! 시이~작!! I say 알 유 뤠 뒤 !???????"
After Uijeongbu comes Daegu, Incheon, Seoul Grand Park, Wonju, Suwon, Gwangju, Busan, and Daejeon. General ticketing opened June 4 at 8 PM. NFT holders got early access that same day at noon.
Psy debuted in 2001 with Psy From The Psycho World! His 2012 track Gangnam Style became the first music video on YouTube to hit both 1 billion and 2 billion views. It peaked at number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100, stayed on the chart for 31 weeks, and logged 3.59 million digital downloads in the United States. The follow-up, GENTLEMAN, hit number 5 on the Hot 100 and cracked the UK Official Singles Chart Top 10.
His 2022 ninth studio album Psy Da 9 included That That (prod. & feat. SUGA of BTS), which reached number 80 on the Hot 100 and number 60 on the UK chart. The music video has since passed 500 million views.
In 2014, Psy donated 500 million won to Yonsei University Severance Children's Hospital to fund the Psy Treatment Room for pediatric psychological group therapy. He appeared on You Quiz on the Block in May 2024.
