It's a dance-trot track with an upbeat rhythm and an addictive melody built around the repeated hook "흔들 흔들 흔들어보자." The message is simple: forget your worries, enjoy now. The lyrics throw in directional cues—"좌로 스텝, 우로 스텝" (left step, right step)—paired with easy-to-follow point choreography.
Ma A-seong (마아성) and Jeon Hong-min (전홍민) wrote and composed the track as the songwriting duo Trot Mavengers (트로트마벤져스).
Seol Ha-yoon has built a reputation as a live-event specialist. She earned the nicknames haengsa yeoshin (행사여신, "event goddess") and haengsa queen (행사퀸) for her communication skills with audiences.
