Ulsan Music Creation Center is hosting the 2026 ULSOUND Festival on June 13–14, bringing together musicians from Ulsan, Daegu, Daejeon, and Jeju for the first regional collaboration.

The 2026 ULSOUND Festival happens June 13 and 14 at Hamwol Hall and the Lawn Yard of Junggu Culture Hall. It's the first time Ulsan Music Creation Center has organized a music festival with creation centers from other regions.
Y507, a Daejeon group, headlines the lineup after winning the Grand Prize at the 2025 MBC University Song Festival. Wednesday Off (웬즈데이오프) from Jeju and Mocker (모커) from Daegu round out the regional acts.
Ulsan's roster is extensive. Office worker bands include Peanut Ppada (땅콩빠다), Lunatic Level 5 (루나틱레벨5), Dosirak Band (도시락밴드), LIV (리브), and Udangtangtang Choi's Family (우당탕탕 최씨네). Youth band FTL from Ulju Western Youth Training Center, disabled musicians group Music Palette (뮤직팔레트), and children's team K-pop G-star from Ulsan Junggu Family Center are also performing.
All performances are free. Attendees can register via QR code on promotional materials.
"This is a precious opportunity to meet talented musicians from other regions beyond Ulsan in one place," said Kim Mi-kyung, director of Junggu Culture Hall. She hopes citizens will enjoy a pleasant weekend together.
