Wavve BL drama 'The Prosecutor's Proposal' drops first two episodes

검사실의 제안 (The Prosecutor's Proposal) hit Wavve on June 26. Episodes 1 and 2 arrived at midnight, with two new installments dropping every Friday for the next five weeks.

Park Si-woo plays Lee Chae-ha, an investigator in the fine enforcement division carrying the weight of his father's crimes. Kim Yun-sik is prosecutor Joo Tae-seon, someone his colleagues call the "office psychopath."

The first episodes crackle with tension. Joo Tae-seon lays bare his motivation: "I became a prosecutor because I want to kill whenever I see a murderer. It was the only legitimate way to kill a murderer." He then weaponizes what he knows about Lee Chae-ha. "You're a murderer's son." Later: "I was disgusted that you admired me despite being a murderer's son."

Things accelerate when Lee Chae-ha gets reassigned to Joo Tae-seon's team. After his welcome reception, Joo Tae-seon shows up at Lee Chae-ha's quarters with a stack of unsolved case files spanning the past decade. Review them in one week. The episodes end with Joo Tae-seon kissing Lee Chae-ha, biting his lips.

It's billed as an office investigation romance. Two men working cases together, each carrying wounds the other recognizes. A countdown video posted to the official SNS on June 25.
