Yves drops surprise MV for 'Break it (feat. Lexie Liu)' from fourth EP 'NAIL'

Yves dropped a surprise music video for Break it (feat. Lexie Liu) on June 17 via her official YouTube channel. Her fourth EP NAIL had come out in April.

Drum and bass rhythm. Dreamy chords. Analog synth textures layered underneath. The chorus hits with condensed energy that breaks out sharply along what Yves calls "sensory fractures" — the song's defining moment.

The MV is a cross-border collaboration with Chinese artist Lexie Liu. Two artists, two languages, one EP track.

This came after Yves wrapped a world tour hitting 9 European cities and 14 cities across North and South America. During that run, NAIL (feat. Lolo Zouaï) reached No. 1 on Canada's YouTube Music daily Shorts chart.
