BbGirl (브브걸) return with new single 'BODY WAVE' on July 16 — their first release since the May 2025 remake '희망사항'.

BbGirl comeback: 'BODY WAVE' drops July 16, first release in over a year

BbGirl (브브걸) are coming back. The trio of Minyoung, Eunji, and Yuna drops BODY WAVE on July 16 across online music platforms and their official YouTube channel, with the music video arriving the same day.

The group announced it themselves via live broadcast on July 1. BODY WAVE also gets a Poca album release; pre-orders opened July 2 through music retail sites.

Roughly one year and two months have passed since 희망사항, a remake that landed in May 2025. The timeline tells the story. BbGirl debuted as Brave Girls (브레이브걸스) in 2011, shifted to GLG in 2024, and BODY WAVE marks their second single under that new identity (the first was LOVE 2). Fifteen years in, they're still here. Still releasing.
