DREAMCATCHER's Siyeon spotted in Hualien, Taiwan with rock band ChRocktikal

DREAMCATCHER main vocalist Siyeon (이시연, 30) shared a group photo on the 5th from Hualien, Taiwan with the other members of her rock band ChRocktikal.

ChRocktikal is a mixed-gender rock band where Siyeon handles vocals and production. The four-member lineup rounds out with bassist Lee Junyoung, drummer Je Gwanwoo, and producer-guitarist Lee Wonseok. They dropped the digital single Butterfly (나비 (奈祕)) on April 23, 2024, then the mini album We break you awake on January 15, 2025.

Siyeon debuted in 2014 with Minx's single album Wuri Jibe Wae Wassni (우리집에 왜 왔니). She joined DREAMCATCHER in 2017 through the single album Nightmare (악몽 (惡夢)). The seven-member group—Jiyou, Sua, Siyeon, Handong, Yoohyeon, Dami, and Gahyeon—has released two regular albums: Dystopia: The Tree of Language and Apocalypse: Save us.

Her solo work has kept pace. She co-wrote and co-composed the 2020 digital single Paradise. In 2023 she remade the Itaewon Class OST track Start (시작). Two OST contributions followed in 2024: Don't Go Back (drama Kkeutnae Juneun Haegyeolsa OST Part.2) and Runaway (drama Hwain-ga Scandal OST Part.5). She also released Wings of Steel, the raid theme song for Elsword.

On variety, she competed as "Coffee and Donut" (커피엔 도~넛) on MBC's Mystery Music Show Mask King episode 105. She reached the finals of tvN pilot V-1, finishing as runner-up.
