Hwang Young-woong's new track "사랑한다면" hit No. 1 on YouTube's Hype Chart as he wrapped a 14-region fan tour across the country.

Hwang Young-woong's new single 사랑한다면 landed at No. 1 on the YouTube Hype Chart following its release. It also climbed the upper ranks of major domestic music charts including Melon.
The chart run coincided with a 14-region nationwide fan meeting series. Hwang started in Ulsan, passed through Daegu and Gyeongbuk, and finished before the Seoul South fan café office opening ceremony on July 25.
That ceremony ran from 2 PM to 4 PM at a venue in Songpa-gu, Seoul (basement level, Olympic-ro). About 50 fans showed up alongside multiple regional chapter leaders. (Fan café opening ceremonies aren't standard K-pop promo moves, which makes the scale of this regional rollout notable.)
The 14-stop fan meeting circuit and the same-day chart debut formed a concentrated promotional push around 사랑한다면.
